For those residents who require specific, higher level aid, LifeSTEPS offers supportive services. Residents supported through this program include homeless, formerly homeless, the physical and/or mentally disabled, seniors, and veterans.

service coordination

The LifeSTEPS team hires qualified Directors of Social Services to administer individual and community coordinated services to help residents enhance their lifestyle and neighborhoods.

Client Assistance

This program provides support and opportunity for residents to achieve and maintain housing stability. The LifeSTEPS team offers case management operations, individualized support and educational classes for individuals of any and every age.

LifeSTEPS youth enrichment program covers education, services and life lessons to help end the cycle of poverty in low-income families.

Thriving in Place

This program is made for our adult residents who want safe, comfortable and entertaining communities to thrive and grow old in. ‘Thrive in Place’ will teach them the skills they need to achieve this.
